





**Company Description:** Silver Soluciones, with over 25 years in the market, distributes equipment and supplies for agricultural enterprises and industries. **Job Mission:** Commercial and technical management of bird and wildlife control solutions for agricultural, industrial, port, energy, and mining clients. **Job Responsibilities:** Your primary responsibility is to prospect new clients, conduct on-site technical visits, generate sales opportunities, and support equipment commissioning alongside the technical team. * Conduct periodic visits to current and potential clients, presenting the Silver Control product portfolio. * Actively prospect new clients within target sectors (mining, agro-industry, energy, ports, etc.). * Prepare and submit quotations, as well as technical and commercial proposals. * Provide basic technical support during equipment installation or commissioning, in coordination with the operations team. * Maintain up-to-date client and commercial opportunity records in the CRM system. * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets defined by management. * Participate in trade fairs, demonstrations, and on-site technical visits. * Identify clients’ technical needs and provide feedback to the product team. * Collaborate with the marketing team on promoting and positioning the Silver Control brand. **Requirements:** Field-based B2B sales experience Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, Office) Class B driver’s license Willingness to travel domestically **Offer Conditions:** **Benefits:** Base salary plus uncapped sales commissions Company vehicle provided or field visit allowances Technical training on Silver Control products Opportunities for career growth within Silver Soluciones
