We are currently seeking a Fumigation Technician to work at one of our key clients’ facilities. General Job Objective: To perform environmental area services such as pest control, fumigation, and bioservices, according to client requirements, aiming to add value to each service by protecting people, improving their quality of life, and safeguarding the planet, while complying with the company’s service policies, procedures, and protocols. Main Responsibilities: - Execute scheduled route assignments within established timeframes and quality standards. - Comply with the company’s safety, health, and environmental standards. - Comply with the company’s Safe Work Procedures. - Comply with applicable national legislation regarding company vehicle use (valid driver’s license / seatbelt use in vehicles / adherence to speed limits / among other provisions stipulated in legislation). - Always use all personal protective equipment (PPE) specifically assigned for each task, provided by the company, and promptly notify direct supervisor in case of loss or need for replacement. - Immediately report any incident, near-miss, unsafe condition, or other situation that may endanger personal safety and/or health, third parties, or the environment arising from our activities to direct supervisor or SHE officer. - Perform services according to assigned routes. - Maintain direct client contact and provide technical advice, including service-related recommendations. - Prepare work certificates and record recommendations for clients. - Be responsible for documents under custody (guides, certificates, activity forms), including signing and proper delivery. - Load and unload supplies and materials in vehicles and warehouses. - Maintain direct communication with assigned service coordinator. - Repair, clean, and maintain field equipment. - Maintain emergency equipment and tools. - Respect and enforce internal work policies, regulations, and procedures, as well as those of the client. - Immediately inform assigned service coordinator of any unforeseen event affecting scheduling. - Resolve service deficiencies and errors, reporting any deviation/alteration from standard service. - Identify and promptly report service non-conformities and customer complaints. - Record and communicate requirements from visited customers. - Attend and comply with training sessions and meetings aimed at performance improvement when required. - Comply with and contribute to implementation of the company’s quality policy. - Maintain performance aligned with corporate and quality policies. - Maintain personal appearance consistent with corporate guidelines, correctly wearing uniform/corporate attire. - Keep service vehicles in perfect condition and presentation. - Conduct emergency visits to clients when required · Working Conditions: Work Schedule: 6x1 shift pattern (schedule provided) Contract Type: Temporary replacement for medical leave Salary: Approx. $650,000 Work Modality: On-site, field-based Requirements: Education: Completed secondary education. Experience: Prior experience in field-based service roles is desirable; experience in urban pest control, fumigation, or bioservices is valued accordingly. Valid Class B driver’s license.
