The main objective of this position is to execute receiving, sorting, classification, and dispatch processes for shipments within our distribution center, ensuring continuity of our internal logistics chain. This recruitment is open to both candidates with prior experience in the field and those without experience who seek a stable employment opportunity, are team-oriented, and willing to work in a dynamic operational environment. Main Responsibilities: - Receiving, unloading, and visual inspection of cargo arriving at the distribution center. - Sorting and segregation of shipments according to assigned routes, communes, and destination zones. - Organizing, palletizing, and storing products in their designated warehouse areas. - Assisting in preparing loads and pallets for the final dispatch process. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety standards within the facilities. Candidate Requirements: - Immediate availability to work on-site at our premises. - Work experience: Not required (With or Without Experience). We provide full induction and training from day one for newcomers to the field. - Ability to work standing up and perform moderate physical effort typical of warehouse tasks. - Attention to detail, responsibility, and punctuality regarding scheduled hours. Work Schedule: Flexible schedule from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM Initial fixed-term contract with a real possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract based on performance.
