




Job Summary: We are seeking an Instrumentation Technician to ensure the efficiency and safety of industrial processes through maintenance and diagnosis of automation and control systems. ManpowerGroup, together with Aguas del Sol, is looking for an Instrumentation Technician on a 5x2 schedule to work with critical instrumentation equipment that ensures process efficiency and safety. Responsibilities: • Carry out scheduled maintenance plans by performing inspections and diagnostics on automation and control systems and key equipment to prevent failures and extend system lifespan. • Report any observed malfunctions in production process equipment. • Respond to emergencies involving equipment such as temperature, level, and pressure control instrumentation, control valves, PLCs, SCADA systems, and communication networks, among other equipment. • Maintain manual and electric tools under your responsibility in clean and optimal condition. • Collaborate with other specialties while complying with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, as well as commitments of the integrated management system. • Report completed tasks and detected faults in various plant processes to your supervisor. • Perform any other duties related to the responsibilities of this position, as requested by your direct supervisor. Requirements: • Instrumentation Engineer/Technician, Electronics Engineer/Technician, Automation Engineer/Technician, or related degree. • 3 years of experience in industrial plants (mandatory) • Knowledge of maintenance plans for automation, control, and monitoring systems (desirable) • Knowledge of calibration of measurement and control instruments such as pressure, flow, temperature, and level transmitters, and water quality analyzers, among other equipment (desirable) • Knowledge of hydraulic systems (desirable) • Knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI, and PLC programming (desirable) • Knowledge of industrial communication networks (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.) (desirable) • Knowledge of electric motors and generators (desirable) • Knowledge of interpretation of P&ID diagrams and control schematics (desirable) • Knowledge of optical fiber (desirable) • Knowledge of Chilean legal regulations (desirable) • Valid Class B driver’s license (mandatory) Working Conditions: • Work schedule: 5x2 / Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:15, Friday 8:00–16:45 • Work modality: On-site • Direct employment by the company. • Indefinite-term contract At #TalentSolutionsChile and Aguas del Sol, we promote inclusion because we know talent resides in people.
