Job stability and a committed team General Services Assistant / Cleaning · Job Description A prominent company is seeking a Services Assistant responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, ensuring order, cleanliness, basic maintenance, and proper internal logistics of the facilities, contributing to a safe, clean, and functional work environment. Job Objective Carry out cleaning, operational support, and internal logistics tasks while safeguarding the proper condition of premises, supplies, and facilities, in compliance with the company’s quality, safety, and internal procedures. Main Responsibilities Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in offices, common areas, restrooms, warehouses, and other premises according to established standards. Carry out basic facility maintenance, including replenishment of supplies, furniture arrangement, and assistance with minor repairs. Support internal logistics, such as receiving, transporting, storing, and distributing materials and supplies. Maintain order, presentation, and proper condition of assigned areas. Assist in basic inventory control of cleaning supplies, office materials, or other frequently used items. Promptly report any defects, malfunctions, or damages detected in facilities or equipment to supervisors. Comply with internal policies and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. Properly use assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and tools. Assist with simple administrative tasks, internal messaging, event support, or meeting room preparation when required. Perform other duties related to the position as directed by immediate supervisors. Requirements Completed secondary education. Prior experience in similar roles (desirable). Responsibility, orderliness, proactivity, and willingness to work in a team. Ability to follow instructions and comply with procedures.
