




Position Summary: We are seeking Pumping Operators to monitor and maintain water intake and transportation systems, ensuring service quality and continuity. Key Highlights: 1. ManpowerGroup, in partnership with Aguas del Sol, is looking for 7x7 Shift Pumping Operators responsible for monitoring and maintaining water intake and transportation systems in optimal condition to ensure service quality and continuity. Responsibilities: • Carry out scheduled maintenance plans by performing periodic inspections on intake systems and critical equipment to prevent failures and extend system lifespan. • Report any observed malfunctions in production process equipment. • Monitor pressure, flow rate, and water quality in intake pipelines. • Keep manually and electrically operated tools under your responsibility clean and in optimal condition. • Collaborate with other specialties while complying with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations, as well as commitments of the integrated management system. • Inform your supervisor about completed tasks and defects identified across various plant processes. • Perform any other duties related to the position’s responsibilities, as assigned by your direct supervisor. Requirements: • Mechanical, Electromechanical, or related engineering degree or technical qualification • 3 years of experience in industrial plants (mandatory) • Knowledge of maintenance plans for centrifugal pumps and high-pressure piping systems (desirable) • Knowledge of lubrication for static and rotating equipment (desirable) • Knowledge of hydraulic systems (desirable) • Knowledge of hydraulic infrastructure maintenance (desirable) • Knowledge of electromechanics, rotating equipment, and fluid mechanics (desirable) • Knowledge of leak detection, pressure control, and monitoring of water intake and transportation systems (desirable) • Knowledge of interpreting hydraulic drawings, isometric diagrams, and flow charts (desirable) • Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory) Working Conditions: • Work schedule: 7x7 shift / 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with availability for rotating day and night shifts • Work modality: On-site • Direct employment by the company. • Indefinite-term contract.
