At **ENGIE**, a global leader in energy generation and committed to decarbonization, we invite you to join a team driving the energy transition towards a more sustainable future. **Job Objective** Supervise and carry out maintenance, cleaning activities, and support operations at renewable energy plants, ensuring facility availability and maintainability, contributing to the optimization of generation margins, and complying with the highest standards of safety, quality, environment, and stakeholder relations. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor on-site activities of direct personnel and contractors, ensuring operational continuity under safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Manage and execute operation and maintenance activities at renewable energy plants. * Manage service and material requirements through digital tools, from request to closure. * Prepare reports, procedures, and work instructions to keep information up to date. * Supervise electrical, mechanical, and cleaning work performed by third parties. * Operate plants from control room and field, ensuring operational parameters. * Coordinate compliance with safety regulations, permits, and environmental requirements across all activities. **Job Requirements** * University degree (Engineer or Technician in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Industrial, or related field). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and/or operation of renewable assets. * Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience in the industry. * Intermediate Office skills and advanced Excel (desirable). * Proficiency in SAP PM (user level). * Knowledge of ISO 55001 standards, asset management, diesel engines, and operation of renewable plants (Solar, Hydro, Wind, BESS). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Valid driver's license and approved "Risk Control in Driving" course. * Valid driving and psychosensory exams.
