If you are a talent who can join us in our commitment to lead Chile's energy transformation, apply now! **Work location:** Capricornio Plant **What would be your objective?** To carry out electrical, mechanical, and related operations and maintenance tasks, as well as technical inspections at renewable power plants, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System), substations, medium-voltage systems, and all necessary activities to ensure operational continuity of the assigned plant facilities for Engie Chile, contributing to unit availability according to quality, safety, and environmental standards of the company. **Responsibilities:** * Perform electrical, electronic, mechanical, or cleaning maintenance activities on renewable power plants and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) to achieve completion of assigned tasks according to procedures, maintaining safety, health, quality, and environmental standards. * Carry out switching operations for connection and disconnection of equipment, switchgear rooms, or high-voltage yards, in order to perform maintenance according to established procedures and safety measures, contributing to operational and facility safety continuity. * Prepare reports on work performed and incidents occurring during the workday, to keep updated information on the facility's operation. * Operate renewable power plants, BESS, and their auxiliary equipment from the control room and/or field, to maintain control over their operational parameters from control panels. **Job Requirements:** * Academic Background: Higher Technical Degree, Bachelor's Engineering, or Civil Engineering in Electricity, Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Office skills. * Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic failures. * Interpretation of electrical, hydraulic, electronic schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings. * Experience with diagnostic and electrical measurement tools, including vibration analysis and thermography. * Advanced knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. * Knowledge of control systems, automation, and PLC programming. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of operation and switching of electrical substations. * Knowledge of SCADA systems and data collection software (SAP, Excel, etc.). * Certification in industrial safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA, etc.). * Certification in occupational safety and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), including * Solar plant maintenance * Alternator and battery bank maintenance * Solar plant cleaning * Diesel engine maintenance * BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) maintenance * Knowledge of ISO 55.001 regulations * Knowledge of national electrical regulations (desirable) * Knowledge of technical standards relevant to job functions * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance **W****e are an inclusive company,** All our job opportunities comply with Law 21.015, which promotes the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities into the workforce.
