We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to grow within the desalination area and perform duties related to the position, as well as someone who is proactive, cautious, and capable of working in a team, able to detect anomalies by sound, and follow technical procedures and instructions to ensure their own safety and that of their coworkers. The person will be responsible for supporting the assurance of operational continuity by controlling, monitoring, and inspecting the operational conditions and functioning of plant processes in the field. Additionally, they will support the control room operator and report relevant situations as required during production. Mandatory Requirements * Intermediate or higher technical degree in chemistry, instrumentation, mechanics, or industrial fields. * Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the role. * Class B driver's license with at least two years of validity. * Knowledge in handling chemical reagents. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Availability to attend training in the desalination area, managed and sponsored by the company. * Availability to undergo pre-employment medical exams, and alcohol and drug tests. Desirable Requirements * Residence in Tocopilla. * Work experience in a desalination plant. * Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management systems. * Training in SIG. * Training in production processes. * Training in H\&S. * Training in maintenance processes. Working Conditions * Fixed-term contract for the first two months, then indefinite. * 7x7 shift schedule, 100% camp-based in the commune of Tocopilla. * Round-trip transportation provided from the camp ONLY to the communes of Tocopilla, Mejillones, Calama, and Antofagasta.
