Key responsibilities: Plan and supervise maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation; verify compliance with the maintenance plan and technical reporting; coordinate emergency responses for critical electrical and control equipment; manage work with suppliers and contractors, including quotations and on-site follow-up; conduct periodic technical inspections; ensure proper use of tools and PPE by the team; collaborate with other specialties while complying with safety, environmental, and management system standards; prepare technical reports, failure analyses, and reports to the Maintenance Manager; perform other duties related to the position. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 3–5 years’ experience in similar positions; experience in desalination plants (desirable); SEC Class A certification and knowledge of RIC regulations; desirable experience with VFDs, soft starters, 220 kV HV and 6.9 kV MV equipment; knowledge of SCADA systems, auxiliary systems, electrical rooms, and installations (HVAC, fire protection, CCTV, etc.); valid Class B driver’s license.
