The main responsibility will be planning and managing the cooling and repalletizing of processed fruit, coordinating operations with Cold Shift Supervisors and Repalletizing Supervisor according to commercial priorities and compliance with operational, quality, safety, security standards, and internal/external customer requirements. Key responsibilities include: \- Manage and supervise cooling and repalletizing operations to ensure compliance with the cold chain, repalletizing schedule, and availability of cooled fruit for dispatch. \- Verify and validate official area documents and information to standardize work methodologies, operational flows, and job functions. Additionally, contribute to training and feedback during the season. \- Prepare the General Budget, Investments, and Direct Labor Budget to secure necessary resources (tools, investments, personnel) ensuring smooth seasonal operations. Requirements: \- Professional or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, Logistics, Business, or related fields. \- 1 to 3 years of experience in fresh fruit/food industry, leading work teams and supervisory roles.
