Their management will focus on early fault detection to resolve critical conditions before an unplanned event occurs, addressing them during planned shutdowns and maximizing the reliability and availability of our assets. Position Conditions: * **Location:** Teno Plant, Maule Region. * **Work Schedule:** Standard weekly work schedule with travel availability. Main Responsibilities: **Monitoring and Diagnosis:** Execute condition monitoring activities according to the preventive maintenance plan, performing analysis and interpretation of results (vibration, thermography, ultrasonics, radiographic analysis, thickness measurements, etc.). **Information Management:** Disseminate technical reports and measurement results to Reliability and Planning departments, timely generating notifications in SAP PM. **Control and Feedback:** Record scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities in the system, detailing resources used and providing feedback to Reliability. Profile Requirements: * **Education:** Higher-level Mechanical or Electrical Technician. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of experience conducting predictive activities and condition monitoring in industrial environments, production plants, or mining operations. * **Required Certifications (or equivalent):** + Vibration measurement and analysis. **Technical Competencies:** * Solid knowledge of thickness measurement, dye penetrant testing, oil analysis, ultrasonics, and non-destructive testing (NDT). * Practical experience in alignment and balancing of rotating equipment. * Proficiency in management software: SAP (basic/user PM module) and Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint. * Familiarity with asset management concepts, continuous improvement methodologies, and reliability analysis tools.
