Raw material management and receipt Schedule = Rotating 6x1 07:00 to 15:30 / 11:30 to 20:00 Duties: * Breakfast, salad, and dessert preparation * Maintaining clean and orderly areas * Dessert preparation, including jellies, mousses, bavarois, etc. * Courteous interaction with customers * Ordering and storage of raw materials * Raw material receipt twice per week * Recording service, receipt, and closing procedures according to assigned shift * Conducting inventory counts * Completing safety and prevention records Benefits = Meal allowance
