For our client SILBERTEC, a leader in technology for the food sector, we are seeking their next Product Manager to join the commercial team. Your mission will be to lead the growth of our packaging brands in the fruit and vegetable market, connecting technology, sustainability, and practical solutions for agriculture. **Your responsibilities** - Manage international brands: Variovac, PFM, Mondini, Henkelmann. - Design commercial strategies and prospect new clients. - Provide technical advisory on packaging solutions. - Represent Silbertec at national and international trade fairs. - Coordinate with global partners (proficiency in English is essential). **What we’re looking for** - Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. - 5 years’ experience in product management / B2B. - Advanced English (mandatory; assessed during interview). - Strategic thinking, leadership, and customer orientation. - Personal transportation. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. **What we offer** - Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses. - In-office work schedule from Monday to Friday. - Collaborative organizational culture focused on growth. - Corporate benefits and genuine development opportunities. - Immediate hiring.
