Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to efficiently lead order picking, inventory control, and distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring optimal quality. Key Highlights: 1. Leads warehouse management, order picking, and distribution. 2. Makes autonomous decisions to resolve on-route contingencies. 3. Requires experience in logistics, inventory management, and route planning. We seek a proactive and dynamic professional to join our team. The main objective is to efficiently lead order picking, inventory control, and on-route distribution, ensuring that fresh fruits and vegetables reach our gastronomic and individual customers in optimal condition. Responsibilities Warehouse Management: Receiving goods, stock control, and proper storage of fruits and vegetables to minimize losses. Order Picking: Meticulous product selection according to required standards and packing boxes for delivery routes. Distribution and Route: Driving the vehicle to ensure timely dispatch of orders to commercial establishments, restaurants, and residential addresses. On-Site Decision-Making: Resolving any on-route dispatch or customer delivery contingencies autonomously and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in logistics and distribution. Knowledge of inventory management and stock control. Ability to plan and optimize routes. Capacity for decision-making and problem-solving. Valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
