Opportunity for professional development within a leading company in the sector A leading company in the Chilean beauty industry with international presence is currently seeking a comprehensive Sales Associate to work at one of our branches located in Temuco. The primary objective of this role is to advise, guide, and serve customers to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Display, label, and restock available merchandise. - Maintain proper store organization and cleanliness. - Attend technical product training sessions provided by brands, as well as training on new products. - Inspect items in the assigned area and replenish stock from the warehouse. - Participate in general inventory counts or other requests from supervisors as needed. - Assist in loading and unloading merchandise arriving via transport. - And others. Education and/or Experience: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service. - Knowledge of the beauty sector (aesthetics, hair coloring, etc.) is desirable. - Completed secondary education. Working Conditions: - Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, or 5 days on / 2 days off — Monday through Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (not exceeding 42 weekly hours). - Compensation: CLP $539,000 + Daily lunch allowance of CLP $4,500 per day actually worked (Amipass) + Guaranteed bonus of CLP $100,000 for two months, followed by sales commissions. - Location: Temuco - Contractual Terms: Fixed-term contract initially, transitioning to indefinite-term subject to performance and mutual agreement.
