Position objective: Efficiently manage our customers' requests, with the primary responsibility being the accurate and prompt scheduling of trips. This requires ensuring the correct entry, modification, backup, and tracking of routes, as well as guiding customers in resolving their inquiries. Reports to: Contact Center Manager. Responsibilities: * Efficiently, accurately, and timely enter trips requested by customers * Address customer requirements. * Ensure compliance with contractual obligations for each agreement in all management activities carried out. Requirements: * Mandatory completed secondary education. * Desired training in executive data entry. * One year of experience in similar roles such as secretary, executive assistant, Contact Center, and at least three years of general work experience. * Basic Excel skills * Desired experience in Passenger Transportation sector.
