This position’s mission is to support various branches during the absences of permanent executives. This support must ensure service quality, business generation, risk control, and delivery of comprehensive advisory services to our customers. You will execute commercial activities focused on selling retail banking products and services, advising customers on using digital and self-service channels, with the aim of contributing to a memorable service experience and enabling swift resolution of customer needs, thereby achieving both business unit and personal commercial results. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Support portfolios without assigned executives or replace absent executives. * Generate new business and contribute to achieving financial targets. * Contribute to delivering a memorable experience to customers. * Contribute to meeting the commercial and risk targets of your branch. * Stay continuously updated on internal and external regulations applicable to your role. * Acquire customers from the individual segment by leveraging available tools, techniques, commercial practices, and sales methods. To succeed in this position, you need: * A technical or professional degree related to the commercial area. * Experience performing duties associated with this role and/or in the commercial area. * Experience selling intangible products. * Experience managing customer portfolios.
