Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Part-Time Occupational Health and Safety Officer to develop, implement, and supervise prevention manuals and protocols, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, as well as identifying hazards and proposing preventive measures. Opportunity to develop a preventive system in a growing company At **Sur Business SpA**, a company specializing in managing collective food service operations for higher education institutions, we are currently looking for a **Part-Time Occupational Health and Safety Officer** to join our team on-site in the city of **Temuco**. Main Responsibilities: * Develop, update, and implement internal prevention manuals, protocols, and procedures. * Ensure compliance with current occupational safety and health legislation. * Plan and deliver training sessions for staff. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose preventive measures. * Conduct on-site inspections and follow up on corrective actions. * Maintain up-to-date preventive documentation and support inspection processes as required. * Advise various departments within the company on occupational risk prevention matters. **We are looking for someone who:** * Is dynamic, proactive, and autonomous. * Possesses strong organizational and management skills. * Has initiative to lead the prevention area, as this role operates independently. * Demonstrates excellent communication skills to train and guide work teams. **Requirements:** * Degree as Engineer or Technician in Occupational Health and Safety. * Valid registration with the Regional Ministry of Health (SEREMI de Salud). * Up-to-date knowledge of Chilean occupational safety and health legislation. * Experience delivering staff training. * Availability to work on-site in Temuco. * Experience in **collective food service, institutional cafeterias, or university cafeterias** will be highly valued, as it enables faster adaptation to the organization’s processes. **We Offer:** * Part-time employment. * Flexibility to coordinate work hours. * Positive work environment. * The opportunity to develop and implement the preventive system of a growing company, directly contributing to continuous improvement of its processes. **Interested candidates should send their CV to:** rrhh.surbusiness@gmail.com Job Type: Part-time Salary: $300\.000 \- $500\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
