We also provide energy efficiency solutions for both public and private clients. **Why Ferrovial?** * **Global presence, local impact:** Join a company shaping the future of infrastructure worldwide, with challenging roles and projects that truly make a difference. * **Collaborative excellence:** Work alongside top professionals in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. * **Inclusive culture:** Advance your career in an innovative and respectful environment that values every opinion, celebrates what makes us unique, and transforms differences into innovation. * **Professional growth:** Benefit from global and cross-business-unit mobility, supported by tailored development programs designed to ensure your professional advancement. * **Attractive benefits and employee well-being:** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that rewards your work and dedication, and take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and mental well-being. * **Productivity tools:** Use innovative tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency. **Role Description:** ======================== **ABOUT US:** Ensure all mechanical installation-related activities are performed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations, guaranteeing material and process quality, as well as safety and adherence to scheduled deadlines. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct periodic inspections of on-site work to verify compliance with drawings and specifications. * Document all inspection observations and findings in detailed reports. * Ensure materials used meet established quality standards, including conducting tests and trials on materials such as concrete, steel, etc. * Ensure construction complies with applicable local, regional, and national regulations, including building codes, safety standards, and environmental requirements. * Maintain strict control over all project-related documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have access to up-to-date documents. * Maintain a safe and clean workplace for all workers, complying with occupational health and safety regulations. * Identify, record, and immediately address issues, defects, or deviations observed during inspections. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical or university degree in a related field * Basic Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising civil works * Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and other construction quality management standards * Knowledge of civil works materials, such as concrete, steel, and other construction materials * Specific construction techniques for photovoltaic plants, including foundations, support structures, and drainage systems * Inspection methods and techniques to ensure work complies with drawings and technical specifications * Quality control procedures to verify conformity of materials and processes used * Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and technical specifications * Preferred: Training on ISO 9001 and 14001 standards * Preferred: Master’s Degree in Renewable Energies * Preferred: Advanced Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) Technician qualification **Seize the challenge.
