Position Summary: Operational Assistant for inspection, review, and maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring the immediate availability of loading systems and emergency equipment. Join us and together build an inclusive future.An important company dedicated to fuel dispatch and receipt requires hiring, through temporary services, an Operational Assistant for the commune of Iquique for one month, with possibility of extension.Job Objectives: Performs inspection, review, and maintenance tasks on plant facilities and equipment as instructed by the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring immediate availability of loading systems and emergency equipment, in compliance with current legislation and Company standards, as well as operational activities and control of receipt, storage, bulk product transfer, and dispatch to the loading bay.Key Responsibilities: 1\. Performs duties in accordance with expectations of the Integrated Operational Management System (SIGO).2\. Manages, within their operational role, compliance with requirements of Supreme Decree No. 160.3\. Supports the transfer of equipment to Emergency Brigade members when required.4\. Monitors and verifies proper operation of equipment, valves, pumps, filters, pressure gauges, etc.5\. Performs maintenance on truck loading systems.7\. Operates and maintains Plant Slop tanks; maintains control records.8\. Conducts pressure tests on pipelines or hoses per the equipment maintenance schedule.9\. Performs tank drainage.10\. Performs tank sampling.11\. Verifies daily availability and operability of unit emergency equipment (fire network motor pumps, foam mixer, water tank, and others), and ensures accurate recording of results.12\. Controls proper use of Company assets.13\. Performs minor painting and operational cleaning of the Plant.Compensation Offered: Monthly net salary: 650.000Work Location: IquiqueSchedule: Contract under Article 38.Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00 hours.Saturday, 08:00–12:00 hours.REQUIREMENTS: Academic Qualification: Senior Mechanical Technician; Mechanical-Industrial Technician (may be secondary-level).Work Experience: Experience operating equipment and process plants.Specialized Knowledge: In the operational area.This selection process applies equity and inclusion criteria.
