Senior Data Scientist (K/M) Workplace: Warsaw **Scope of Responsibilities:** * Technical mentoring within the Data Scientist team and ensuring the professional development of subordinate employees. * Strategic development of AI-related products and oversight of LLM model deployment on proprietary infrastructure (on-premise). * Preparing effort estimates, cost estimates, and technical inputs for tender procedures (OPZ analysis). * Development and maintenance of Data Mining systems and building advanced Machine Learning models. * Identifying patterns and relationships among data in documents processed by company systems. * Collaboration with business and sales departments regarding data analytics and providing technical consultations to clients. * Data analysis and recommendations concerning data collection practices and ensuring data quality. **Requirements:** * Higher education in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related disciplines). * Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science/AI. * Proficient and in-depth knowledge of **Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLM)**, and **NLP** (Natural Language Processing) techniques. * Solid knowledge of the **Python** programming language and machine learning libraries. * Practical ability to deploy and operate models in local environments (on-premise) using tools such as **vLLM** or **Ollama**. * Knowledge of **OCR** mechanisms and document analysis, essential for developing IDP-class products. * Familiarity with **RAG** (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases. * Analytical thinking skills and ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge, necessary for solving engineering problems. * Independence, conscientiousness, and attention to detail. * Proficiency in English enabling fluent reading of technical documentation and scientific literature (papers). **Additional Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with application deployment and containerization technologies (**Docker, Kubernetes**), crucial for deploying AI microservices. * Experience applying mathematical models or algorithms such as deep learning, neural networks, regression models, or decision trees. * Practical knowledge of **model optimization** (GGUF/AWQ quantization) and hardware sizing (Hardware Sizing). * Knowledge of Data Science topics, e.g., text processing (NLP/NLU/NLG), including topic identification, sentiment detection, practical use of transformer-based models, and social network analysis. * Experience coordinating team or project work. #### **We Offer:** * Employment under an employment contract. * Opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic and modern company. * Involvement in large-scale projects and working with professional IT systems. * A friendly work atmosphere. * Remote work options. * Professional development support through subject-matter training. * Co-financing of private medical care (Medicover) and sports memberships (Medicover Sport).
