at construction sites regarding compliance with environmental management measures included in the Project’s environmental licenses, environmental impact studies, and other administrative acts issued by environmental authorities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in establishing environmental requirements to be included in contractual documents between the organization and its construction subcontractors. * Participate in implementing policies, standards, and procedures related to environmental aspects within the organization. * Implement the Quality Management System concerning the Project’s environmental aspects. * Monitor implementation of said policies. * Participate in designing and executing the organization’s environmental plans and programs to ensure environmental compliance. * Participate in implementing measures, techniques, or criteria within construction processes to reduce negative impacts on the environment. * Ensure compliance with FC standards. * Verify and ensure that activities carried out during the construction process comply with environmental guidelines established in environmental permits. * Implement the Environmental Management Plan approved by the National Environmental Licensing Authority. * Monitor compliance with commitments set forth in administrative acts issued by regional and national environmental agencies. * Ensure that subcontractors implement environmental management measures during construction works, assess their environmental performance, and require immediate corrective actions. * + Participate in preparing
