




Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Scheduler responsible for defining overall planning, guiding, and controlling the development of industrial assembly projects for mining. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for planning and controlling industrial assembly projects. 2. Development of master schedules and project resource control. 3. Participation in key meetings with internal and external clients. **Job Description** ---------------------- We are looking for a Construction Scheduler! If you have experience in industrial assembly projects for mining and meet the requirements, apply now! You will be responsible for defining the project’s overall planning based on resources and the budget outlined in the award contract, to guide and control project development. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing the project’s master schedule. Planning and controlling resources required for project execution. Updating the schedule weekly, identifying improvement opportunities, and flagging deviations from the baseline. Monitoring and analyzing project progress against the initial plan. Preparing project progress tracking sheets. Reporting responsibilities include preparing the following reports: * Daily report: indirect and direct workforce, equipment control, description of planned and executed activities, deviations, and responsibilities. * Weekly report: executive summary, staffing curve, S-curve, alerts, efficiency control, productivity, etc. * Monthly report: consolidates the Weekly Report. * Tri-weekly report: PPC (Planned vs. Actual Progress), causes of non-compliance. Analysis and control of constraints. Analysis and control of the completed project schedule. Participating in meetings with internal and external clients.**Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Technical degree in Construction, Civil Constructor, Civil Engineer, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year specifically in this role. * Demonstrable experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Preferably residing in Iquique (not mandatory). * Availability to work on a 14x14 shift schedule. * Availability to work on-site at Compañía Minera Doña Inés de Collahuasi.
