The professional must manage the end-to-end design process with high seniority (discovery, definition, design, user validation, experimentation), possess self-leadership and autonomy skills, enabling leadership of a product from conception, definition, MVP, and scaling. Experience in user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing). Knowledge of accessible design (WCAG) and digital product quality assurance. Proficiency in product and business metrics (conversion, retention, CSAT, CES, OKRs). Experience in experimentation and validation (A/B testing, controlled trials). Ability to analyze data and translate insights into design decisions. Capability to document and communicate insights clearly and structurally.
