Selection and processing of various cellulose-based materials for packaging. A leading company in packaging and printing solutions—specializing in the development and manufacturing of cardboard and paper packaging for diverse industrial sectors—is seeking a Packaging Developer to join its Development team. The purpose of this position is to develop packaging prototypes from files or ideas provided by the sales department, transforming them into physical solutions (mock-ups and samples) for internal review and client validation. Main responsibilities include: \- Developing physical prototypes of boxes and packaging (blank mock-ups). \- Replicating and adapting designs into physical formats using a cutting table. \- Reading, interpreting, and adjusting design files for accurate physical realization. \- Selecting and processing different cellulose-based materials according to product requirements. \- Implementing adjustments requested by the sales department. \- Ensuring technical feasibility of the development prior to final validation. Requirements: \- Education in Design, Industrial Design, Prepress, Graphic Arts, or related fields. \- Experience in this role or in similar functions. \- Knowledge of and experience working with cellulose-based materials such as cardstock, papers, micro-corrugated board, stone paperboard, etc. \- Ability to read and interpret design files. \- Proficiency in design software (no specific program required; general experience with design tools is valued).
