Today, we are Chile’s largest digital real estate brokerage, and we’re expanding our freelance team! **We are currently recruiting on-the-ground Real Estate Advisors (Houmers)!** Specifically in the communes of **Independencia, Quinta Normal, and Conchalí.** All you need is strong motivation to learn in this industry, experience in commercial or customer service roles, and a smartphone (Android or iOS) to operate via our app. This role is designed for individuals seeking freelance work. **You can earn over CLP 800,000 (no base salary — earnings are purely commission-based); your income depends entirely on your drive and motivation to meet business goals!** Our goal is to find people’s dream homes and lease our properties in record time — thanks to our technology and, most importantly, your commercial skills supported by our leaders. This ensures success! Working hours are 100% flexible; however, the more time you invest, the higher your chances of closing deals. It all depends on you and your ability to achieve objectives! **What will you do in this role?** Prospect, show, and lease properties to close deals, conducting frequent on-site visits. Manage a client portfolio and maintain high-quality real estate advisory and customer service for individuals interested in leasing with Houm.
