We also provide energy efficiency solutions for both public and private clients. **Why Ferrovial?** * **Global presence, local impact:** Be part of a company shaping the future of infrastructure worldwide, with challenging roles and projects that make a real difference. * **Collaborative excellence:** Work alongside top professionals in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. * **Inclusive culture:** Develop your career in an innovative and respectful environment that values every opinion, celebrates what makes us unique, and turns differences into innovation. * **Professional growth:** Benefit from global and cross-business unit mobility, with development programs designed to ensure your professional advancement. * **Attractive benefits and employee wellbeing:** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that rewards your work and dedication, and take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and mental wellbeing. * **Productivity tools:** Use innovative tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency. **Role Description:** ======================== * **MISSION:** Your mission will be to ensure on-site compliance with the quality standards required by the company, the client, and applicable regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with internal and external quality regulations. * Complete monitoring and control documentation for various photovoltaic project activities: foundations, civil works, supporting structures and mechanical components, electrical systems, PEM, O&M. * Support the preparation of project-related quality and QA documentation. * Assist in reviewing quality and QA documentation from subcontractors on the project. * Report and inform the site Quality and QA manager about all matters related to your activities. * Supervise subcontractors' compliance with current regulations and company policies. * Update documentary records of actions and other documents established by applicable internal and external regulations. * Support the Quality department during external and internal audits within project scope. * Conduct inspections and ensure work is performed according to the project team’s quality procedures. * Assist in tracking claims and non-conformities. * Support the development of necessary procedures, PPIs, and tests to ensure work quality. * Assist in preparing the quality dossier. * **Requirements:** * Prior experience in quality control and assurance in photovoltaic projects. * Training and/or experience in conducting quality inspections. * Knowledge and experience in supporting civil and electromechanical testing activities. * Experience in field quality control through on-site measurements and checklist completion. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * University degree desirable. **Seize the challenge.
