We operate across Ferrovial’s key markets and focus on delivering innovative solutions for the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy infrastructure—including generation, storage, and transmission—as well as energy efficiency solutions for both public and private clients. **Why Ferrovial?** * **Global presence, local impact:** Be part of a company shaping the future of infrastructure worldwide, with challenging roles and projects that truly make a difference. * **Collaborative excellence:** Work alongside top professionals in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. * **Inclusive culture:** Build your career in an innovative and respectful environment that values every voice, celebrates what makes us unique, and transforms differences into innovation. * **Professional growth:** Benefit from global and cross-business-unit mobility, supported by tailored development programs designed to ensure your professional advancement. * **Attractive benefits and employee wellbeing:** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that rewards your work and dedication, and take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and mental wellbeing. * **Productivity tools:** Use innovative tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency. **Role Description:** ======================== **About the Position:** Your mission will be to ensure on-site compliance with the Quality standards required by the company, the client, and applicable regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with internal and external Quality regulations. * Complete monitoring and control documentation for various photovoltaic project activities: foundations, civil works, support structures and mechanical components, electrical systems, PEM (Project Execution Management), O&M (Operations & Maintenance). * Support the preparation of project-related Quality and MA (Management Assurance) documentation. * Support the review of Quality and MA documentation submitted by subcontractors for the project. * Report and inform the Site Quality and MA Manager on all matters related to your activities. * Supervise subcontractors’ compliance with current regulations and company policies. * Update documentary records of actions and other documents mandated by applicable internal and external regulations. * Support the Quality Department during internal and external audits within the scope of projects. * Conduct inspections and ensure that project team activities are performed in accordance with Quality procedures. * Support tracking of claims and non-conformities. * Support the development of procedures, PPIs (Pre-Production Instructions), and necessary tests to ensure work quality. * Support the preparation of the Quality Dossier. **Requirements:** * Quality Engineer/Technician * Prior experience in quality control and assurance for photovoltaic projects. * + Training and/or experience conducting quality inspections. * + Knowledge and experience supporting civil and electro-mechanical testing activities. * + Experience in field quality control, including on-site measurements and completion of checklists. * + University degree preferred. **Seize the challenge.
