We are looking for skilled trainees who take responsibility for their own learning, demonstrate initiative, and can work both independently and collaboratively with others. As a trainee at the Court of Glostrup, you will become part of Denmark’s second-largest city court, with approximately 150 employees. You will participate in a well-coordinated trainee programme, where you will carry out socially important tasks in an exciting and varied everyday working life alongside excellent colleagues. You can get a glimpse into the daily life of an office trainee at the courts in this short video here. **What we offer** * An exciting and diverse office education within public administration, including insight into the legal world * The opportunity to rotate across all departments of the court, which handle civil cases, criminal cases, enforcement cases, administration, as well as family and probate matters * Participation in the processing of court cases and training in electronic case management * Responsibility for your own independent work tasks, supported by expert guidance from your skilled colleagues The training typically lasts two years, including school-based instruction at Niels Brock and annual trainee seminars with other trainees from the courts. An internship abroad may also be possible. If you are aged 25 or older, your training may potentially be shortened if you have relevant professional experience. Upon completion of your traineeship, this qualification opens up career opportunities at, among others, the courts or other public authorities—for example, the police, a ministry, or an educational institution. Your employment and salary follow the collective agreement and the framework agreement between the Ministry of Finance and HK/STAT. Our new **Student Center** plays a central role in this development – and as Head of **Education Administration**, you will be a key player. You will have both professional and personnel responsibility for a team of approximately 13 dedicated employees located across several of U/NORD's sites.
