Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including meal preparation and cooking. Work in hot, cold, and pass-through areas. Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute meals to rooms and dining areas according to the prescribed dietary regimen and daily schedule.· Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Assistant. Residency from Arica and Iquique. Knowledge of food handling and collective catering. Academic qualification relevant to the position. Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment. Availability to work rotating 10\*10 shifts with camp accommodation.
