Job Description Coordinate and carry out operational activities of the food service team at the assigned site to achieve daily production levels as specified in the daily menu, contractual conditions, and Sodexo corporate guidelines—all within quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Prepare food and monitor delivered preparations. * Ensure continuity of the production process as planned. * Conduct temperature checks for all production processes involving your area. * Ensure compliance with protocols, quality standards, health regulations, and safety requirements. Requirements * Knowledge and application of hygiene and cleaning standards throughout the entire production process. * Ability to operate and maintain basic kitchen equipment—such as ovens, stoves, and other appliances—in good working condition. * Use of instruments such as scales and thermometers to control food quality and temperatures. * Mastery of various preparation techniques—from cutting and cooking to plating. * Use of personal protective equipment. * Availability to work a 5x2 schedule. * Residence in Tal-Tal or Antofagasta.
