Job Description Coordinate and carry out the operational activities of the food service team at the assigned site, to achieve production levels according to the daily menu, contractual conditions, and corporate guidelines from Sodexo, all within quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Prepare food and control delivered preparations. * Maintain continuity of the production process as planned. * Perform temperature checks on all production processes involving their area. * Ensure compliance with protocols, quality standards, sanitary regulations, and safety rules. Requirements * Knowledge and application of hygiene and cleaning standards throughout the entire production process. * Ability to use and maintain proper functioning of basic kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and other appliances. * Use instruments such as scales and thermometers to control food quality and temperatures. * Mastery of various techniques for food preparation, from cutting to cooking and plating. * Use of personal protective equipment. * Availability to work a 7x7 schedule. * Residence in Tal-Tal or Antofagasta.
