Be Bayer. **Main Purpose:** Responsible for identifying and capturing customer needs, conducting regular visits to clients, hospitals, and the Ministry of Health. This role requires a strong understanding of physicians, technicians, technologists, and the overall radiology ecosystem in Chile, including the public sector. The position is accountable for driving sales within government and public institutions, creating opportunities for tender negotiations, and opening new doors for engagement. This person operates as both an individual contributor and an active team member within the sales organization. **Your mission will be to:** * Capture and understand customer needs across public healthcare institutions. * Conduct regular visits to clients, hospitals, and government entities, including the Ministry of Health. * Build strong relationships with physicians, technicians, technologists, and key stakeholders in the public sector. * Drive sales to government and public institutions, ensuring full compliance with tender requirements and processes. * Maintain detailed records of public sector opportunities, activities, and outcomes. * Monitor compliance throughout the tender lifecycle, including sales performance and delivery commitments. * Provide data\-driven insights and recommendations to support future tender strategies. **Unlock your potential:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field. * Basic understanding of market access principles and tender processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with data analysis tools and basic reporting skills. * Experience using official Chilean government portals. * Awareness of healthcare systems and procurement processes, particularly public tenders. * Understanding of pricing strategies and competitor analysis. * Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken), given the regional scope. **YOUR APPLICATION** This is your opportunity to tackle the world’s biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
