Job Summary: We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mining equipment, assemble components, conduct technical analysis, and prepare reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on mining equipment. 2. Leads the assembly of major components and adjusts equipment configurations. 3. Prepares technical reports and supports warranty processes. At TeamWork, we are currently recruiting an Electromechanical Technician for a leading company in the mining sector. Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance (filter replacement, oil, coolant, valve adjustment, fan belts, and inspection protocols for various systems) on all equipment models. Perform minor corrective maintenance (component replacement and targeted repairs) and major corrective maintenance (Top Overhaul / Complete Engine Overhaul) on the equipment models represented by the company. Assemble major components (cylinder heads, fan blades, water pumps, air and oil coolers, etc.), including assembly procedures with their respective adjustments and torque specifications. Analyze written technical materials such as service manuals, parts catalogs, and mechanical and electrical forms. Conduct pre-delivery and final technical delivery of equipment and machinery. Perform basic configurations and adjustments on generator set transfer panels. Prepare technical reports to support equipment and component evaluation and repair processes, according to requirements and priorities established by the direct supervisor. Support and assist warranty processes, from initial evaluation and failure analysis to technical reporting. Responsible for daily activity reporting (HH Report), expense reimbursement, and service reports. Adhere to technical, safety, and customer-oriented training and instruction programs. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Diploma of Higher Technical Education in Electromechanics or related field.
