Vacation Program at My Kindergarten * Kindergarten: Castellón * Commune: Concepción * Region: Biobío * Period: January - February 2026 **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Collaborate in the development of the Vacation Program at My Kindergarten, working as a team with the Educator and in partnership with families and the community, within the framework of the Educational Quality Policy, to contribute to the comprehensive well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, together with the classroom team, the program for children in the assigned level. * Carry out processes of reflection, analysis, and feedback on pedagogical practices carried out, to promote improvement in learning quality and strengthen the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the team. * Collaborate in the implementation and evaluation of actions for dissemination, exchange, and mutual support with the educational community related to the assigned group, to encourage their participation in the development of the educational project and achievement of its objectives. * Promote compliance with conditions established in institutional regulations regarding safety, food, hygiene, cleanliness, rights protection, and comprehensive well-being of children in the assigned group, and promptly report any detected alert situations and/or violations. REQUIREMENTS **1\. Education:** Early Childhood Assistant - Higher Level Technician (Graduated). Early Childhood Assistant - Medium Level Technician (Graduated). Early Childhood Assistant - Higher Level Technician (Completed studies). Special Education or equivalent - Higher Level Technician (Graduated). Special Education or equivalent - Higher Level Technician (Completed studies). Early Childhood Education - Regular student with at least 4 semesters completed. Early Childhood Education - Regular second-year student. Professional from other Teaching careers - Graduated. Example: Elementary, Special Education, Music Education, Art Education, Physical Education, etc. Professional from other Teaching careers - Completed studies. Pedagogy in General Basic Education - Regular student with at least 4 semesters completed. Early Childhood Assistant - Higher Level Technician, regular second-year student. Early Childhood Assistant - Higher Level Technician, regular student with at least 1 semester completed. Secondary School Teaching License, with a course of at least 60 hours in Early Childhood Assistant.
