Job Summary: Ferrostaal Chile S.A.C. is seeking an IT Support professional to manage, maintain, and supervise technological and communication infrastructure across projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain technological and communication infrastructure. 2. Provide technical support to users and ensure operational continuity. 3. Administer information security and IT resources. Ferrostaal Chile S.A.C. is currently seeking an IT Support professional to join its various projects in the city of Concepción. The primary mission of this role is to manage, maintain, and supervise project technological and communication infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity of equipment, networks, systems, and technological platforms. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for providing technical support to users, safeguarding information security, administering technological resources, and coordinating activities necessary to ensure compliance with quality, security, and requirement standards established by Ferrostaal and its clients. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and maintaining project technological infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity of equipment, networks, and systems. * Providing technical support to users, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on IT resources. * Administering information security, ensuring compliance with policies, access controls, and protection of technological assets. * Managing IT equipment and resource inventory, coordinating procurement, vendors, and traceability of technological assets. * Preparing management reports, monitoring IT infrastructure performance, and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives and user training. ### **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor's or technical degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, technological infrastructure administration, or network management. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networks, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity. * Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, printers, networking devices, and peripherals. * Proficiency with technological management tools, IT asset inventory control, and technical documentation preparation. * Desired experience with Microsoft and Cisco technologies, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or others), and monitoring tools. * Desired experience in industrial, mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. * Availability for on-site work and coordination with users, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
