Become our next **Head of OTP and Continuous Improvement** in **Chile**, responsible for designing, leading, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency and the company’s key punctuality indicators (OTP), optimizing processes and ensuring sustainable results. Act as a technical and strategic reference in process management, data analysis, and optimization of operational flows. **Ready to be a SKYER? These will be your main challenges:** * Define, plan, and supervise the execution of the portfolio of strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and OTP compliance. * Establish, validate, and monitor operational performance KPIs. * Lead root-cause analyses of disruptions and propose structural solutions. * Define and approve proposals for redesigning operational processes. * Coordinate with internal departments for the implementation of improvements. * Design and maintain management dashboards. * Propose and validate operational efficiency KPIs. * Recommend strategies, standards, and technical guidelines on continuous improvement to the Operations Directorate. **To become our next Head of OTP and Continuous Improvement, you must have the following:** * At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational management, or process analysis roles, leading projects. * Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and project management. * Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, or other data analysis tools. **You’ll be UNIKO if you also have:** * Technical English proficiency. * Basic knowledge of aviation regulations. **What you’ll find here:** * A collaborative culture that enhances our individual and collective capabilities.
