**General Role Objective:** The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for **implementing the company's global strategy** within the Production area, ensuring order, control, and continuous evolution of the entire production structure. **Key Strategic and Operational Responsibilities:** * **Structure and Management:** Directly support the definition and **implementation of the structure** of the Production department and design/validate **management and reporting tools**. * **Internal Projects:** Supervise the creation and assignment of new internal projects, and support their implementation and follow-up. * **Control and Reporting:** Overall supervision of the area, including monitoring generated reports and coordinating the monthly Production meeting and meetings with coordinators. * **Risk and Talent:** Actively participate in projects with delays or at risk of early termination. Participate in the **recruitment of coordinators and/or cell leaders**. **What We Are Looking for in You? (Candidate Profile):** **Essential Requirements** * **Degree:** Bachelor's or Technical degree in Computer Science (or related field). * **Technical Skills:** Solid knowledge of programming languages such as **Java, Angular, PHP, HTML5**, etc. (to understand the underlying technology of production). * Experience in **software application development**, **software project management**, **QA quality control** (demonstrating a process-oriented approach). * Progressive experience in leadership and strategic management roles.
