Job Description We are seeking a **Business Analyst** to identify improvement opportunities, analyze processes, and propose solutions that optimize efficiency and profitability for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities * **Process Analysis**: Evaluate workflows and identify areas for improvement. * **Requirements Elicitation**: Gather client needs and translate them into clear specifications. * **Information Modeling**: Design business models and financial projections. * **Project Management**: Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. * **Stakeholder Communication**: Facilitate interaction between technical and business teams. * **Executive Reporting**: Prepare results reports and recommendations. * **Resource Optimization**: Propose solutions that improve costs and productivity. Requirements * Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or consulting. * Proficiency with analytical tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL). * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in digital transformation projects is highly valued.
