Job Description We are seeking an **Architectural Engineer** to lead the design, planning, and supervision of architectural and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, construction regulations, and interdisciplinary coordination. Main Responsibilities * **Architectural design**: Develop innovative drawings and proposals for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. * **Project management**: Coordinate schedules, resources, and multidisciplinary teams. * **Construction supervision**: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on-site. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with urban and environmental regulations. * **Process optimization**: Implement improvements in construction efficiency and material usage. * **Client relations**: Present proposals and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders. * **Technical documentation**: Prepare reports, records, and technical specifications. Requirements * Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in construction and architectural projects. * Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling software. * Knowledge of Chilean construction and urban planning regulations. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Technical English is desirable.
