Automate reporting processes. 2. Implement data pipelines from various information sources into the company's data warehouse, ensuring this information is available for end-user consumption. 3. Create checklist processes for data loading into systems used for reporting. 3. Detect, resolve, and/or escalate any technological failures directly affecting service data content. 4. Operate the various tools available within the company for information generation. 5. Generate information for ECC service billing. 6. Meet with internal and external clients. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is essential).
