We Are Looking for the Best Kitchen Assistants in Talca It is essential that you reside in Talca; ideally, you have completed gastronomy studies, possess knowledge and hands-on experience in cold kitchens, hot kitchens, or pastry, and are familiar with equipment (convection ovens, mixers, industrial machinery). Candidates with experience in fast food or sushi will not be considered. The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits, assembling salads, preparing sandwiches, assisting the Head Chef and Apprentice Chef, making desserts, and helping with descaling and dishwashing as needed.
