We are looking for a Telematics Analyst. **Mission:** Establish connections with external customers to provide vehicle maintenance and repair services, leveraging data obtained from remote monitoring platforms. Analyze and support fleet management and health to deliver relevant information for customer and internal business decision-making. **As part of our team, you will be responsible for:** Analyzing and monitoring fleet management and health through remote monitoring of assigned equipment. Providing initial customer contact support when a red-code alert occurs on any of their equipment, and analyzing various variables potentially related to detected failures. (If remote resolution is not possible, escalation to the service network will occur.) Generating reports on the management and health of the assigned fleet and analyzing the information according to business objectives. Maintaining frequent contact with external customers. Complying with policies in cases where the branch/business is certified under applicable standards: ISO 9001 (Quality), 14\.001 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45\.001 (Occupational Health and Safety). Ensuring compliance with the company’s internal regulations, promoting an orderly, safe, and policy-aligned workplace. **Requirements:** Graduate of a professional degree program in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
