The selected candidate will support food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintenance of hygiene standards during service—exclusively for the communes of: Talca, San Clemente, and Constitución. Main Responsibilities: Preparation of ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping food). Support in basic preparations such as sauces, side dishes, salads, and simple desserts. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Receiving and organizing products from suppliers. Assisting with plating during service. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements: Experience in cafeteria settings. Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure.
