Job Summary: We are seeking Credit Card Acquirers with a customer-oriented approach, consultative sales skills, and goal-driven performance, responsible for customer acquisition, onboarding, advisory services, and application submission. Conditions: Work Schedule: 42 hours/week, rotating 5x2 shift Base Net Salary: $595,618 CLP + Commissions Location: Talca, Curicó, and Linares · Responsibilities: 1. Customer Acquisition (in-store and street-level) Proactively approach customers inside the store and at external strategic locations. Identify acquisition opportunities based on customer flow and behavior. Deliver a clear, simple, and appealing pitch highlighting the benefits of the Hites Credit Card. 2. Customer Onboarding and Advisory Services Explain card requirements, benefits, usage, and advantages. Resolve inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Accompany the customer throughout the entire registration process. 3. Application Submission – Registration Process Accurately and error-free completion of applications in the system. Verify required documents and validate information with the customer. Ensure each registration successfully proceeds to evaluation. 4. Goal Achievement Work results-oriented, meeting daily and weekly targets. Report progress, identified opportunities, and on-site challenges. 5. Reporting and Operational Discipline Record attendance per established protocol. Submit daily reports: acquisitions performed, applications submitted, and outcomes. Escalate on-site incidents or difficulties as appropriate. 6. Professional Image and Conduct Maintain order, appropriate appearance, and courteous conduct at all times. Respect authorized acquisition zones and point-of-sale regulations. Reminder: This role is 100% focused on customer orientation, consultative sales, and goal achievement.
