We seek a committed professional with technical vision and the ability to lead projects from the design stage through to execution, ensuring compliance with current regulations and excellence in every detail. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and supervise architectural projects at all stages. * Manage municipal procedures and permits related to construction works and regularization. * Coordinate with construction teams, engineering teams, and external entities. * Ensure compliance with technical, structural, and regulatory standards. * Apply architectural design and modeling tools (AutoCAD, Revit, or others). Requirements: * Professional degree in Architecture. (Minimum 2\-3 years of experience) * Demonstrable experience in design, permitting, and regularization of construction works. * Proficiency in modeling and technical drawing tools. * Planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
