




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Executive to provide technical support to internal users, manage requests, and handle the Helpdesk. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support for internal users and equipment maintenance. 2. Incident management and telephone Helpdesk support. 3. Creation of instructional documents and Active Directory administration. Currently, we are looking for an **IT Support Executive** for our IT Management team located in Las Condes commune, Metro El Golf, Santiago. The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support to internal customers by managing their requests through a ticketing system and delivering assistance via telephone Helpdesk. **Main responsibilities of this role include:** * Providing technical support to internal users. * Remote and/or on-site corrective maintenance, as required, for software or hardware issues affecting computers and printers. * Preventive maintenance, application updates, and operating system upgrades. * Incident or request management and tracking within the ticketing system. * Telephone Helpdesk support. * Creation of instructional documents and procedures. * Active Directory administration. * Rotating on-call duty. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Telecommunications, Computer Technology, Connectivity and Networks, or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support. * Active Directory knowledge. * Ticketing system management experience. * Familiarity with telephony software tools. * Office 365 knowledge. **Working Hours:** * *Fully on-site mode, 44 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (with availability for rotating on-call shifts)* **What We Offer:** * Meal card. * Development plan aligned with the Performance Management process. * Annual merit-based adjustments, base salary, and variable compensation. * Complimentary supplementary health, dental, and life insurance. * Excellent workplace climate. * Flexible time (Vericoins: 2 days). * Oncology agreement with FALP, dental agreement with CEDCHILE, and other health-related agreements.
