Work independently, proactively, and creatively in a dynamic environment. **For an important client in the Telecommunications and Security sector, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to work in Talca.** **The Challenge / Mission** Your mission will be to lead comprehensive technical project management and delivery of high-quality support services, becoming our customers’ strategic partner in the region. In this role, you will serve as the key bridge to ensure operational continuity—anticipating needs and resolving critical infrastructure challenges with autonomy, agility, and technological excellence. **Your main challenges will be** * Act as the primary contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities. * Proactively anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions. * Manage all technical aspects of relationships with existing customers. * Lead customer support and perform customer service activities. * Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software failures. * Configure systems and ensure users can operate them correctly. * Install, update, and repair core hardware components, operating systems, and software applications. **What We Need From You** * Technology education with solid knowledge of computers and IT technologies. * Ability to thrive in a startup environment, acting swiftly and performing multiple functions. * Strong analytical skills to quickly identify root causes and implement solutions. * Demonstrable self-sufficiency to work independently, proactively, and creatively. * Residence in Talca. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability to travel within and outside Chile, if required. * English language proficiency (verbal and written) is highly valued. **What We Offer** * **Attendance Bonus:** $35\.000 monthly (subject to attendance compliance). * **Mobility Allowance:** $10\.000 per on-site customer visit. * **Job Stability:** Initial fixed-term contract for 2 months, followed by indefinite-term contract renewal based on performance. * **Working Hours (Monday–Friday):** Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:30 hrs.; Friday: 08:00–17:00 hrs.
