Zener Austral is looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our team. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the company's quality management system remains aligned and compliant with current regulations, verifying on-site that processes are correctly implemented and maintained. **Responsibilities** * Verify on-site correct installation of networks in accordance with the current contract. * Analyze pending installation service orders and feasibility reports, generating failure and progress indicators. * Collaborate with technical teams during repair and installation processes, certifying the use of new technologies as stipulated in the contract. * Promote safety best practices among technicians through talks, presentations, and feedback. * Coordinate weekly quality meetings, managing deviations, warnings, and recognitions according to company goals. * Direct, motivate, and lead assigned technical staff, correcting behavioral or technical poor practices. * Identify hazards and assess occupational health and safety (OH&S) risks and opportunities. * Ensure compliance with safe work procedures. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in a related field (university degree preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (3 years preferred). * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency (advanced level preferred). * Proficiency in computer tools and knowledge of current technologies in the Telco sector (preferred).
